1. Before preparing, wash and dry your hands, and make sure you use clean utensils. 2. Use boiled drinking water to ensure it is disinfected and let it cool until lukewarm. 3. Measure 150 ml of water and pour it into your favorite bowl. 4. Add 5 scoop of Well Woman food and stir it until smooth, ensuring no lumps are left. Cool it to room temperature and feed immediately. 5. Lumps or use of inadequate water should be strictly avoided as it could cause food to stuck in throat. 5. Use prepared food within half an hour otherwise, microbial deterioration may begin.
